Compassionate, Focused Therapy About Me
My aim is to assist clients in identifying and moving toward personal and professional goals. By focusing on each client’s unique history and attributes, present issues can unfold, be gently challenged, and brought into balance. Although I have received training in various treatment approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and psychodynamic psychotherapies, among others, I attempt to integrate the best elements of each approach, tailoring the therapy to each client's individual needs.
