Rates and Insurance

In-network rates are predetermined by each insurance company. Participation in a specific insurance plan varies by clinician. Clients can utilize our services through their out-of-network benefits as well. Our fees for out-of-network clients is determined individually based on the offerings of each plan, with special consideration for making the client's portion manageable. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please note that, whenever possible, we will bill your insurance company directly so that you will not have to pay the full fee up front, but only your portion of it, so whether we're in or out of network for your insurance, you're only paying a copayment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by clinician. Please see their individual pages or make inquiries at the number above.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychologist, and information cannot be disclosed without the client's explicit written permission. Exceptions include:
  • A client threatening serious bodily harm to another person(s), in which case we must notify the police and inform the intended victim(s).
  • A client intending to harm himself or herself, in which case we would first make every effort to enlist the cooperation of the client in order to ensure his or her safety. If deemed necessary, we would contact the appropriate psychiatric emergency team.
  • Client-reported ongoing child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, which we are required to report to the appropriate child protective or legal authorities immediately.
